FAQ + POLICY
WHAT IF I HAVE A VISION FOR MY BRAND?
For the logo design process it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you have a vision for your brand. Having a vision saves the designer + the client time during the creation process. If you DO NOT have a vision for your brand please keep in mind that the designer has full creative control and that our ideas may not match resulting in more revisions than needed.
There are (2) FREE revisions during the creation process. Any revisions exceeding (2) will result in additional fees paid before the revision is made.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
All artwork takes 10-14 business days. This includes Logos, Flyers, Business Cards, Etc. Business days do NOT include weekends or holidays
If you would like your project within 2-3 DAYS please select "YES" under Rush Order and an additional fee will be added to your cart.
Rush Order on website projects will be received within 7 days
DO YOU GIVE REFUNDS?
Payments are due upfront. Infamous Branding Studio does not accept deposits.
If you are dissatisfied with the concepts and/or revisions, you will receive a 50% refund. Please understand that under no circumstance can a refund be given after your finalized project has been sent to you.
If for any reason a client cancels services after 24 hours, no payment shall be reimbursed and becomes forfeited by the client.
WHAT IF I HAVE A QUESTION?
All communication will be done VIA EMAIL ONLY! If at anytime you'd like to schedule a phone consultation you are able to do so by inquiring through email. The consultation is a fee of $20 paid before the call.
Please be advised there will be not be constant contact once your order has been submitted or during the creation period of your design. THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOUR ORDER IS NOT IN PROGRESS.
